There is a non-returnable deposit of £12 per head... This will secure your booking and must be paid within 1 week of making your booking.
There will also be a 10% service charge applied to ALL tables during the festive period.

About Southdowns Pantry
From within the quaint spacious setting of the historic Swan Inn pub located in Falmer, East Sussex. The Southdowns Pantry is a local restaurant that uses fresh, seasonal ingredients (whenever possible) to create delicious homemade food. We offer a variety of gluten-free and vegetarian options, as well as Sunday lunch specials. With many years of experience within all aspects of the catering industry we are also able to provide event hosting and outside catering for those special occasions, parties and celebrations.
The Swan Inn is a fabulous spacious venue, nestled in the village of Falmer, East Sussex amidst the beautiful Southdowns National Park, it's full of 'old world' charm. The pub is loved by it's locals along with walkers and cyclists. Being close to the Amex Stadium (home to Brighton & Hove Albion FC - 'The Seagulls') the pub is also in high demand on game days.
